EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Our focus is to improve the access to education of the people with fewer opportunities by enhancing the quality of education, developing and implementing innovative teaching methods, teacher training programs, curriculum development and providing educational materials adaptable in the modern learning settings and to the needs of the people with fewer opportunities.
Our activities tend to reach the following groups:
  • Unemployed persons: priority group are persons without vocational or technical educational qualification or key vocational abilities
  • Employed persons: priority group are persons with less than four-years upper secondary educational qualification or who lack key vocational abilities;
  • Young persons who left education at different levels
  • Underqualified and other vulnerable groups, such as dropouts and early school leavers, socially disadvantaged individuals, migrants, Roma, older adults, and
  • Other groups of adults with limited access to social, cultural and economic goods.

RESEARCH AND INNOVATION

We are gathering data specific to the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the vulnerable groups we are working with. We provide state-of-the art research and data analysis services for both qualitative and quantitative data, using a variety of methodologies and tools, including secondary and primary research. Methodologies and tools are customized to end-user needs, in order to ensure that final product meets end-user expectations.

SOCIAL INCLUSION

We believe that everyone can play an active role in their local community, regardless of their background, abilities or characteristics. We advocate for a holistic approach to supporting social inclusion, which seeks to address the root causes of disadvantage and ensure the integrated provision of services, personalised plans, adequate income support, a labour market which accounts for people’s specific needs, and access to quality services.
We are working with people with fewer opportunities, including women, long-term unemployed, minority groups, TCNs (migrants, refugees, asylum seekers) and tackling of discrimination of any kind (gender based, sexual identity)

EMPLOYMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Identify the specific needs of the target group, including their educational background, skills, and career aspirations; Understand the local job market and entrepreneurship landscape to tailor the curriculum accordingly and provide entrepreneurship education.

  • Reports on employability, including the delivery of policy recommendations
  • Address the concerns of Roma and Minorities  in employment strategies
  • Invest in the skills employers look for
  • Develop career guidance and counselling services
  • Promote opportunities to work
  • Support quality internships/apprenticeships

  • Promote good practices of businesses run by Roma and Minorities

EMPOWERNAMET AND EQUALITY

Exploiting empowerment measures in social, economic and educational contexts – seeking to equalize opportunities for an inclusive and accessible society for all, based on human rights and gender equality. Empowering Roma and minority women involves recognizing and addressing the intersecting challenges they face due to both gender and ethnic or minority status. Achieving equality for these women requires targeted efforts that take into account their unique experiences.
Our work is focused on:
  • Ensure equal access to quality education for Roma and minority girls, addressing barriers such as discrimination, stereotypes, and economic challenges.
  • Provide vocational training and skill development programs to enhance the employability of Roma and minority women.
  • Offer support for women entrepreneurs within these communities through training, access to financial resources, and mentorship programs.
  •  Conduct health education programs that address specific health issues affecting women in these communities.
  • Implement and enforce laws and policies to combat gender-based violence, including domestic violence and discrimination.
  • Encourage and support the political representation of Roma and minority women in local and national governance structures.
  • Promote civic education and engagement programs to empower women within these communities to participate actively in the political process.

MOBILITY AND YOUTH

Improving cross-sectorial and transnational transfer of knowledge and expertise for inclusiveness management and society awareness to explore integrated and structured strategies for a global smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.
Addressing mobility and youth issues among vulnerable groups involves recognizing and overcoming barriers that hinder their access to opportunities and full participation in society. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by youth within these communities and creating targeted programs can contribute to fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.
We are focused on:
  • Recognizing how cultural factors can impact mobility, education, and employment opportunities.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the specific needs of vulnerable groups, promoting skill development and empowerment
  • Expertise in creating initiatives that foster economic inclusion, such as job training, entrepreneurship support, and promoting fair employment practices.
  • Expertise in designing community engagement programs that empower youth to actively participate in community development and decision-making processes.
  • Recognizing the importance of bridging the digital divide and providing access to technology for vulnerable youth.
  • Fostering partnerships to create comprehensive and sustainable solutions that address the multifaceted challenges faced by vulnerable youth.
