From Here We RISE is a project aims to ensure the participation of the target population (migrants, ethnic minorities and ROMA) in decision making processes, whilst also recommending measures with a gender-based approach. The project would also like to strengthen cooperation between civil society, citizens and decision makers that can mitigate many of the challenges and improve the quality of life for the target group. It started in 1st January 2023 and ended in 30th April 2024. For the needs of this project, we’ve produced 3 documents:
- RISE Research Report – This comprehensive document provides an in-depth analysis of the social and economic effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on vulnerable groups. It presents key findings from our gender-based research study and offers insights into the unique challenges faced by these communities;
- Booklet RISE – Designed as a practical guide, this booklet offers tips and strategies for identifying and combatting misinformation surrounding vulnerable groups. It aims to empower individuals with the tools they need to navigate an increasingly complex media landscape;
- Policy RecommendationsRISE Research Report – These recommendations are informed by our research findings and aim to inform policymakers and stakeholders about actionable steps that can be taken to support vulnerable groups in the aftermath of the pandemic. By advocating for evidence-based policies, we can work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society for all.
